The Senior Research Consultant will contribute to workforce development and research projects, providing methodological and research expertise, training, and capacity building, and leading proposals. This is an on-call position that can be worked remotely.
Requirements
- PhD in measurement and evaluation, political science, educational psychology, or related social services field
- Minimum 20 years of experience working with Federal and/or state workforce agencies, regional and local workforce entities, employers, community colleges, and/or nonprofits with a strong workforce development, economic transformation, and sector-based focus
- Expertise in leading and supporting systematic evidence reviews for federal and private sector clients across a range of human services topics
