The Senior Project Manager will lead the execution of the National Library of Medicine (NLM) Health Information Program (HIP) Maintenance contract, overseeing technical, operational, and administrative activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a program manager or product owner for interdisciplinary teams supporting web-based products or information services
- 1+ year of experience managing federal health, scientific, or digital information programs
- 1+ year of experience in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to develop reports and present to senior leadership
- Leadership and team management, strategic thinking and problem solving, stakeholder engagement and communication, quality assurance and attention to detail, adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments
