What will you be doing as an External Business Development Specialist –
- Create and deliver contact strategies with the assigned partner network which focusses on multi stakeholder touchpoints.
- To manage a caseload of assigned partner agents, delivering growth in auction revenue through contact at all levels of the partner agents’ business.
- Demonstrate the value of iamproperty products to assigned partners to create opportunities for the additional product teams.
- To ensure that all agents have access to the suite of marketing material in place and that they buy in to creating a strategy around its use.
- Maintain regular contact with partner agents, to overcome objections, and provide plans and support to deliver on these opportunities.
- Deliver online and face to face training and coaching sessions with branch managers and staff to maximise the level of auction activity.
- Deliver key insight to assigned network focusing on their challenges and how Iamproperty products can support overcoming these.
What are we looking for?
- 3 years’ experience within the property industry.
- Experience within estate agency and face-to-face B2B experience is desirable.
- Strong relationship building skills with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders to develop trust and product confidence.
- Excellent and engaging presentation skills, showing the ability to be persuasive and inspiring to a range of audiences.
- A proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results.
- Individually very disciplined and self-driven, showing the ability to remain motivated and to always motivate others in the pursuit of excellence.
- Organisational skills and strong time management.
Please note - this is a field-based role that requires extensive travel across the UK with ocassional overnight stays.
