Requirements
What We Are Looking For
- Availability: Able to commit to 3-5 days per week.
- Passion for Games: A deep interest in mobile gaming trends and experience playing various genres.
- Technical Curiosity: Basic knowledge of the Unity Editor and a strong motivation to develop further in this area.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) tools like Excel, Notion, and Figma.
- AI Enthusiast: Curious about exploring and using AI tools to enhance game development workflows.
- Team Player: Comfortable with remote working and collaborating with visual, programming, and product teams.
What You Will Learn & Do
- Production Cycle: Participate in the entire process, from creative brainstorming to product release.
- Level Design: Get hands-on experience in building game levels and creating simple prototypes.
- Product Insights: Learn to analyze user needs and interpret data to improve the overall game experience.
- Iterative Design: Help design, test, and maintain casual gaming products in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points
- Ability to share previous game ideas, small projects, or a Game Design Document (GDD) you have worked on.
