The role focuses on gathering data and conducting analysis of revenue potential generated by both transient and group travel.Daily review and management of Revenue Management System recommendations for room accommodation and rate inventory controlsEnsure group inventory is managedImplement strategies on 3rd‑party internet channels, ensuring parity in all distribution channelsConduct group evaluation/displacement analysis as needed by hotel sales to determine impact on hotel RevPAR and overall spend in the hotelPrepare weekly strategy reports for numerous hotels used during their strategy meetingsPrepare a monthly sell strategy for a 12‑month booking window, ensuring group strategies are in place with the hotel strategy team for the entire booking cycleQualificationsExperience RequiredWork with and understand hotel revenue information and data. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.Experience PreferredBachelor's degreeOne year of work experience in a hotel, business, sales, or related fieldThe position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all‑encompassing. The final pay rate offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work.
