The Installation Administration Representative II establishes and manages relationships with internal and external clients. This individual coordinates end to end process from the point of sale to members loaded in system, ID cards issued, claims opened for processing and certifications issued. The Installation Administration Representative II performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. This individual performs computations and typically works on semi-routine assignments.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience utilizing the MTV system
- Understanding of Humana commercial products (Dental, Vision, Life)
- Must be willing to work Eastern Standard Time hours (EST) based on business need
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications including Word and Excel
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently without a lot of direction
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work within timelines and deadlines
Work-At-Home Requirements
- At minimum, a download speed of 25 mbps and an upload speed of 10 mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
- Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
- Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
- Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
- Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
Preferred Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree
- Prior installation experience
- Experience utilizing the NCAM system
- Disability commercial product knowledge/experience
