The Specialty Operations Pharmacy Technician 3 supports Pharmacists in Specialty Rx medication preparation by dispensing Specialty Rx medications. The Specialty Operations Pharmacy Technician 3 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills.The Disease Management Technician will:
Enter critical patient information into ScriptMed system, including but not limited to insurance information, medication profile, drug allergies, etc.
Communicate and interact with fellow team members to meet department goals.
Welcome new members to the pharmacy and provide a positive on boarding experience.
Ensure patients receive their medication both timely and accurately.
Facilitate patients in receiving financial assistance.
Other duties as assigned.

SCHEDULE: M-F 8:30-5 MDT and 9:30-6 MST
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma
- National Certification: PTCB (CphT) or ExCPT
- State of OH Board of Pharmacy active license
- 1+ years previous experience working in a customer service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Remote/Work at Home Requirements
- Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office.
- A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
- A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
