Join our expanding Solutions team in Sydney, Australia, as a JAPAC Partner Solutions Architect. This role involves leading the technical activation of new upmarket partners, providing technical enablement, and reviewing partner solutions. You will work closely with the regional Solutions and Partner leadership to ensure consistent partner strategy across acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing enablement.
Requirements
- Strong technical background as a Solutions Architect, Implementation leader, or Solution Consultant in a SaaS or CRM environment
- 5+ years working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of HubSpot's architecture, data model, integration, AI use cases, and common upmarket implementations
- Experience coaching partners, technical consultants, or presales teams on how to approach complex deals and implementations
- Able to translate complex technical concepts in a clear, practical way for both technical and non-technical audiences
