We are looking for a student assistant to join our user support team in a fully remote position. As a student assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our end users, processing incoming requests and helping with questions about our app and benefit card.
Requirements
- Process incoming support requests via ticket system (Zendesk)
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate answers to user queries
- Resolve standard cases independently and escalate complex cases to relevant teams
- Maintain and improve help center content
- Work actively with KI agent, identify gaps in automated processing, and provide feedback
- Document recurring problem patterns and provide targeted feedback to product team
- Support support team with operational tasks
