The HR IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering IT solutions that support HR processes and organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or PHD Degree
  • 3+ years project management experience
  • Experience with workforce management software
  • Consultancy experience
  • Structured, results driven, with proven attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving skills
  • Facilitation and workshop experience
  • Excellent business communications and presentations skills
  • Ability to work with multiple deadlines and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent German & English language skills
