Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or PHD Degree
- 3+ years project management experience
- Experience with workforce management software
- Consultancy experience
- Structured, results driven, with proven attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving skills
- Facilitation and workshop experience
- Excellent business communications and presentations skills
- Ability to work with multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent German & English language skills
