Zoopla are seeking a talented and motivated Software Trainer to join our team. As a Software Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training and support to customers on various software applications that are essential for their daily work. You'll play a critical role in ensuring that everyone has the knowledge and skills they need to use these tools effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop training programs and materials for software applications
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions, covering topics such as software functionality, best practices, tips and tricks
  • Work with managers and team leads to identify areas where additional training is needed to improve performance.
  • Provide one-to-one coaching and support to internal employees who need extra help with software applications.
  • Monitor progress and adjust training programs as needed.
  • Create and maintain documentation of training materials and procedures.
  • Keep up-to-date with new features and upgrades added to software applications.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Software Trainer or Estate Agency background preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience delivering training sessions.
  • Proven ability to design and develop effective training programs.
  • Experience with a range of software applications used in an office environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Driving licence and travel required
