Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Integrations & API team, driving excellence in fundamental capabilities and executing on targeted short-term plays to feed into the longer product vision.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams of 6+ cross-functional software engineers
• Proven experience leading highly technical backend or platform engineering teams
• Experience leading initiatives around API platforms, headless customer experiences, or agent-based customer flows
• Experience with an integrations platform, particularly with an eye to build speed for new integrations
