We launched Homepilot in 2017 with a clear and ambitious mission: to revolutionize the world of rental management. Founded by Gilles Bourcy and Laurent Kretz, our journey began from the desire to dust off a traditional sector that hadn't evolved in decades. We saw an opportunity to build the property manager of the future by combining deep real estate expertise with the power of technology. Our approach is a hybrid model; we leverage a proprietary digital platform to automate administrative and back-office tasks. This isn't about replacing human interaction but enhancing it. By freeing our dedicated managers from repetitive paperwork, we empower them to dedicate their time to what truly matters: providing responsive, transparent, and high-quality support to our clients, both property owners and tenants.

Our commitment is to offer a service that is simple, efficient, and fair. We handle everything from finding the ideal tenant to day-to-day management, ensuring peace of mind for property owners and a seamless experience for tenants. In 2022, we marked a major milestone by joining the iad group, France's leading real estate unicorn. This strategic partnership has been a powerful accelerator, allowing us to expand our presence across all of metropolitan France by tapping into iad's vast network of over 15,000 advisors. It has reinforced our ability to innovate and scale while staying true to our core values of benevolence, transparency, and a passion for work well done. We are a growing team of over 70 enthusiastic and talented individuals, working together in our Paris and Bordeaux offices, all driven by the same goal: to make rental management a positive and stress-free experience for everyone involved.
