As a Human Resources Solution Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the overall experience of our team members throughout their journey with the organization. You will be part of a dynamic pool of cross functional consultants that addresses various strategic projects critical to the HR operating model of the future by implementing initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture, promote employee engagement, and ensure the well-being of our workforce. This team collaboratively tackles project-based work, contributing to the creation and enhancement of resources, practices, and policies used by HR and the workforce. The HR Solution Consultant team serves as the "flex muscle" of the HR function, agilely working on projects to solve HR's most pressing challenges.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Strategic Project Collaboration: Work on strategic projects to create, upgrade, and implement HR resources, practices, and policies.
  • Talent Problem Definition: Define talent-related problems within the organization and formulate hypotheses for innovative solutions to team members’ and most urgent needs of managers and senior leaders.
  • Agile Project Work: Collaborate on temporary project assignments, adapting to changing priorities and being redeployed based on organizational needs. End User Interaction: Work closely with team members and managers to understand their needs, ensuring project solutions are customer centric.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COE) teams to leverage deep HR expertise in solving complex HR challenges to include compliance and employee relations issues (e.g., mediating workplace disputes, harassment/discrimination claims or other legal matters, and people management coaching.)
  • Strategic Talent Advisor Collaboration: Collaborate with STAs, leveraging their understanding of department leaders and team member needs to design relevant and scalable solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5 – 7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic project management.
  • Previous experience in problem-solving roles or HRBP positions is advantageous.
  • Agility: Demonstrate high agility by embracing innovative ideas and being comfortable with iterative ways of working.
  • Synthesis: Ability to synthesize a wide range of information to formulate strategic solutions.
  • Collaboration: Interest in collaborating with individuals throughout HR and the organization to achieve project goals.
  • Communication: Tailor communication based on the audience, ensuring effective and clear messaging.
  • Project Management: Proficient in project management, working efficiently towards strict deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Consultative Problem Solving: Apply consultative problem-solving skills to address complex HR challenges.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with team members, HRBPs, and other stakeholders.
  • Growth Mindset: Approach challenges with a growth mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Demonstrate creativity and innovation in developing solutions to HR challenges.
  • Schedules will vary depending on business needs, and may entail working nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be flexible to work outside of departmental operating hours.
