Requirements
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, data warehouses, and analytics-ready datasets across multiple data sources and platforms.
- Develop and optimize data collection processes to ensure clean, accurate, and reliable analytics data.
- Translate business requirements into well-designed data models, datasets, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
- Apply statistical and analytical methods to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Create clear, effective data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal team leads, engagement managers, leadership, and customers to architect, implement, validate, and document data solutions.
- Ensure the accuracy, usability, and quality of all customer-facing analytics deliverables.
- Facilitate effective data exchange and integration across customer systems and environments.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency of data pipelines and analytics workflows.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve analytics and engineering capabilities.
