Our Client is a rapidly growing residential real estate investment company specializing in home renovation, estate sale services, and life transition solutions. The company is seeking a highly organized Purchasing Agent to oversee the investments and construction teams' procurement needs.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), with an emphasis on data management in Excel.
- Familiarity with construction materials, terminology, and the various stages of residential building.
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent verbal/written English communication to interface with U.S.-based vendors and internal stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
