Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.
- 3+ years progressive accounting or consulting experience; fractional or outsourced accounting experience a plus.
- Deep understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting best practices.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; comfort with dashboards, automations, and integrated financial systems.
- Consulting mindset—ability to diagnose issues, propose solutions, and manage client expectations.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to explain complex financial concepts to non‐financial stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
