Compensation: $600–$1,200 USD/month depending on experience
This role serves as the first layer of quality control for the overall talent pool, ensuring that only well-qualified candidates progress through the hiring process. You’ll work in a structured, repeatable workflow where consistency, accuracy, and an analytical mindset are essential. You’ll review inbound resumes, apply defined standards objectively, and maintain a steady output while meeting performance targets. Collaboration with Recruiters is part of daily operations, and your ability to stay organized and detail-oriented will directly support smooth hiring cycles.
Core Responsibilities
- Review and manage a pipeline of inbound candidate resumes based on defined criteria.
- Disposition candidates accurately according to role requirements.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with Recruiters to maintain process flow.
- Work cross-functionally with Recruiters to support efficient hiring operations.
Requirements
- Possess at least 1 year of experience in recruiting, BPO, quality control, or similar work.
- Have at least 1 year of experience using CRM or applicant tracking systems.
- Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in common productivity tools such as spreadsheets, documents, email, and online meeting apps.
- Show the ability to maintain strong attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.
- Demonstrate a track record of meeting performance targets.
