The Candidate Screening Specialist plays a critical role in the recruitment process, ensuring that only qualified candidates proceed through the hiring pipeline. This position involves reviewing candidate applications, conducting initial screenings, and evaluating potential fits for various roles based on defined criteria. You'll maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and analytical rigor in this role while working closely with Recruiters to facilitate seamless hiring processes.
Requirements
- Experience in candidate screening, recruiting, or a similar field for at least 1 year.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in assessing candidate qualifications.
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance targets within fast-paced environments.
