In this role, you'll build high-performing Jekyll, WordPress, and Shopify websites that drive lead generation while collaborating in a fast-paced, fun environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and test WordPress, and Shopify websites.
- Collaborate with Designers and Project Managers to create user-focused experiences.
- Debug and optimize website performance.
- Estimate project scope and timelines.
- Continuously improve workflows, templates, and tools.
- Communicate technical solutions to non-technical team members.
- Ensure content and visuals align with marketing goals.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently and deliver high-quality work.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience developing HTML, WordPress, and Shopify websites.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Node.JS, Bootstrap, Sass, and JavaScript/ECMAScript.
- Experience in WordPress and Shopify theme development.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Portfolio showcasing best practices in web development.
- Prior agency or team collaboration experience preferred.
- Clear communication of technical concepts.
Bonus Skills:
- Ability to define best practices and train new team members.
- Experience with Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of vector artwork and digital marketing design.
- Creative flair and strong visual design skills.
