What You Will Work On:
- Project-manage the delivery of various lead-generation-focused creative and web tasks and internal projects.
- Analyze and scope creative and web work requests.
- Prepare creative and web work requests for proper intake by their design and development peers.
- Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed to spec and within scope (on time, within budget, high quality, etc.).
- Problem-solve for creative and technical issues with peers and stakeholders.
- Perform detailed quality assurance on creative and web work at all project stages.
- Create ad and web marketing copy using AI tools and other software.
- Create and update internal workflow tools, such as Typeform or Google Sheets.
- Use of analytics tools to understand and improve their products.
- Collaborate and communicate frequently and concisely with peers to balance workloads and achieve optimal production efficiency.
- Contribute to department goals and improvement by remaining critical of workflows and tools and collaborating in team meetings.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience with managing digital web and creative products in terms of project scoping, scheduling, risk assessment, budgeting, quality control, and internal and client communication.
- Experience with display ads and website production best practices (lead generation sites and WordPress as a bonus).
- Experience working with Google Suite products (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and creative software such as Figma.
- Experience with writing marketing copy and proofreading various creative materials.
- Ability to effectively and succinctly present solutions, marketing materials, and communicate ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Exceptional problem-solving, time management, communication, and organizationalskills.
- Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify both project and product-level bugsor areas of improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to and improve upon established processes, ensuringefficiency and accuracy in project execution.
- Be flexible, willing to pivot, and able to quickly adapt to changing business needs while aligning with company goals and objectives.
- A strong desire to collaborate with and motivate others to produce high-quality digital products, user experiences, and results.
- Interest in staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that their design work remains fresh and innovative.
- A passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

- Experience managing ads within the Google Ads platform.
