We’re looking for a high-level Executive Assistant who can bring clarity, structure, and momentum to a fast-paced executive’s business and personal priorities. This role is built for someone who thrives on variety, moves quickly, and enjoys solving problems with creativity and resourcefulness.
You will support a founder who manages multiple ventures, coordinate both operational and lifestyle tasks, and help keep systems, communication, and decisions moving forward. If you’re sharp, organized, and tech-comfortable, this role will fit you well.

What You’ll Work On
Executive and Personal Support
- Manage scheduling, travel planning, and meeting coordination across business and personal commitments
- Keep inboxes, tasks, and communication organized and aligned with priorities
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers when needed
- Handle personal logistics including furnishings, events, research, and travel arrangements
- Source and evaluate vendors, designers, and service providers based on project requirements
Tech and Project Coordination
- Support light project management by tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- Research SaaS tools, integrations, and automation options to streamline workflows
- Test software options and summarize recommendations based on needs and constraints
- Assist with operational tasks such as researching payment systems or vendor solutions
Research and Problem Solving
- Conduct deep research on vendors, tools, and services for specific projects
- Request quotes, compare options, and present recommendations clearly
- Anticipate needs and proactively fill in gaps before being asked
- Ask clarifying questions and provide solutions that support fast decision-making
Lifestyle Operations
- Coordinate personal errands, product sourcing, and virtual consultations
- Manage purchases, shipping updates, and tracking logistics
- Maintain organized records of ongoing orders, vendors, and personal services
- Handle sensitive tasks with confidentiality, judgment, and discretion
