Motion Graphic Designer

Overview

We’re looking for a ContractMotion Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and knows how to turn bold ideas into scroll stopping visuals.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to deliver dynamic motion and video content across digital, social, and in-store channels, bringing campaigns and product stories to life in a way that captivates and converts.

Reporting to the Senior Creative Director, the Motion Graphic Designer will play a key role in producing high-quality motion and video content across digital, retail, and in-store channels.Important: While this role is open to candidates based anywhere in Brazil, High Tide does not operate or market within Brazil.

Without restricting the generality of the above-stated basic functions, this position shall perform such duties and responsibilities as may be assigned including but not restricted to the following:

Responsibilities

Motion, Video & Digital Content

• Create high-quality motion graphics and video content for web, social, and in-store screens.
• Develop short-form video content (ads, reels, product features) optimized for engagement.
• Animate digital assets including banners, product highlights, and campaign visuals.
• Translate static designs into motion, enhancing storytelling and clarity.
• Execute fast-turnaround edits and iterations based on campaign needs.
• Ensure consistency across all motion outputs in line with brand guidelines.

Campaign & Retail Support

• Produce animations for retail environments, including TV screens, window displays, and digital signage.
• Support campaign launches with motion assets across multiple channels.
• Adapt and version motion content for different formats, placements, and markets.
• Work closely with design and marketing to align motion with campaign direction.

Product & Content Support

• Create motion content that highlights product features, usage, and benefits.
• Edit and enhance video footage for marketing and brand initiatives.
• Contribute to concept development for motion-led campaigns and content.

Organization & Collaboration

• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver accurate and efficient work.
• Manage multiple projects with strong attention to deadlines and detail.
• Maintain organized files, assets, and version control.
• Communicate clearly on timelines, feedback, and creative direction.

Production & Quality Control

• Export and deliver final motion assets in required formats and specifications.
• Ensure accuracy in timing, transitions, typography, and overall visual quality.
• Review outputs for consistency across platforms and environments.

Qualifications

• 3 – 4-year Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Motion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 2 – 5 years of motion design or video production experience with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of motion principles, pacing, and storytelling
• Experience creating content for social, web, and retail screens.
• Ability to work within brand systems while elevating creative through motion.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Clear communication skills and ability to explain creative decisions.
