Requirements
- Experience in sales: You bring experience and interest in the sales field or solution sales (Solution Sales) - ideally through activities in direct customer contact, telephone acquisition, or sales of individual solutions.
- Technical skills: Competence in the use of CRM systems, preferably in Salesforce, for customer identification and documentation of sales activities.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German. Ability to clearly and convincingly present complex concepts.
- Consultation skills: Strongly developed consultation skills and the ability to recognize and present individual customer needs in a convincing manner.
- Learner mindset: Engagement in continuous learning and improvement, particularly in regards to knowledge of HeyJobs solutions.
