This is a 100% remote position focused on converting inbound inquiries into booked moves and managing a high-volume sales pipeline.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and text in both English and Spanish to ensure zero lead drop-off.
• Outbound Follow-ups: Conduct disciplined outbound calls to new and existing leads to guide them through the booking process.
• Lead Qualification: Gather accurate move details (inventory, locations, scheduling) to provide precise estimates.
• CRM Management: Maintain detailed, real-time records in our CRM to ensure operational continuity across shifts.
