  • Performance & Optimization: Define KPIs, monitor product performance, and implement continuous improvements for usability, personalization, and engagement.
  • Change Agent: Champion adoption of digital tools and capabilities across teams, and support change management efforts with clear communication and strategic enablement.
  • Emerging Tech & AI Integration: Collaborate with architecture and data teams to explore personalization engines, intelligent search, and AI-powered product recommendations that enhance the commerce experience.
  • Team Management: Demonstrate outstanding management and leadership skills and ability to attract, retain, motivate, develop, mentor and coach team members for high performance. Establish key operational objectives and delegate assignments to staff.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with SAP, SI partners, and third-party vendors to manage licensing, roadmap alignment, and technical escalations. Contribute to budget planning and platform investment decisions.

Qualifications Required:

  • 10+ years of experienceas a Product Owner or Product Manager in digital marketing, eCommerce, enterprise platforms or digital transformation environments.
  • 10+years of experience in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), including architecture, implementation, and continuous improvement in a global environment.
  • Proven track record of owning core commerce platform capabilities, including catalogue management, pricing, order orchestration, and customer self-service.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel commerce models, MarTech ecosystems, customer engagement best practices with hands-on experience in configuring and scaling enterprise commerce systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into business value. Provide executive-level updates on production metrics, new features, and financial forecasting.
  • Lead and develop virtual teams.
  • Expert independent decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills. Operate with substantial latitude for independent action or decision.
  • Plan and manage complex and successful projects; understand available resources, develop timeline, budget and assign areas of responsibility.
  • Skilled in backlog management, sprint planning, and agile delivery using tools like Jira and Confluence.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in highly matrixed, enterprise organizations.
