Implementation Manager (HubSpot Specialist)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Implementation Manager with specialized expertise in HubSpot and a track record of success in startup environments. This role will oversee the seamless integration and deployment of HubSpot solutions and related software systems, ensuring they align with our business processes and operational goals. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management:
• Develop and manage detailed implementation plans, including timelines, resources, and key milestones.
• Ensure projects adhere to set budgets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• HubSpot Integration Expertise:
• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of HubSpot solutions tailored to the company's needs.
• Ensure seamless integration of HubSpot with existing systems and third-party platforms.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, sales, marketing, and customer support) to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular updates on project status.
• Technical Oversight and Problem-solving:
• Oversee technical aspects such as data migration, system customization, and API integrations.
• Identify and troubleshoot potential issues during implementation to maintain project continuity.
• Training and User Support:
• Create and deliver training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient in using the new system.
• Provide post-implementation support and address any technical or user concerns.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management or implementation roles, ideally in SaaS startups or technology-driven environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with HubSpot (certifications are a plus), including CRM integration and customization.
• Startup Launch Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage projects in high-growth, early-stage startup environments.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Project Management Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and multitasking.
• Problem-solving Abilities: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to navigate complex technical issues.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
