Requirements
- Develop domestic and global end-to-end supply chain network baselines
- Extract data from enterprise resource planning and business intelligence environments
- Analyze 'service only' and 'low cost' baseline models
- Model current and future state scenarios and cost/service implications
- Prepare Greenfield and/or Brownfield cost-benefit and break even analyses
- Improve product flow paths
- Collaborate with Route Optimization to develop optimized transportation networks
- Evaluate safety stock inventory levels and facility stocking strategies
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
