📃 About Your Role
Please Note: This role will be employed remotely from the US only.
As the Global Head of Marketing reporting to the Global Revenue Officer, you are responsible for the design and delivery of our end-to-end marketing and communications strategies to help drive strategic growth across our brands. With a joint mandate to expanding awareness, preference and sales into the USA, EMEA and APAC, this role will see you collaborate and build strong relationships across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
You will be leading a globally expanding marketing team, building marketing campaigns for AI driven healthcare solutions that have no been tackled anywhere else in the market. This is truely a pioneering role for a creative and results driven marketing leader.

In doing so, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission is to urgently scale global healthcare capacity, using AI automation to elevate the care clinicians can provide.
🔬 What You Do:
- Create an inspiring, unified vision for our end-to-end marketing and communications strategy across Harrison.ai and its brands, including our offerings in radiology and pathology. This role includes over-sight of cross-functional global initiatives,
- Act as a brand champion for the business, report on key brand metrics and drive data-based refinement,
- Develop and deliver annual marketing and communication plans, taking into account market segmentation, targeting and positioning for key business objectives,
- Own digital marketing content and analytics to help create and deliver high performing marketing campaigns,
- Support the marketing team to deliver impactful initiatives, such as multi-channel campaigns, advertising and conference-related activities,
- Manage internal and external communications functions; this includes cultivating positive relations with our agency and media partners, as well as writing and editing copy for all marketing press and sponsored content,
- Help drive deeper client and industry relationships to enhance overall brand positioning in the marketplace,
- Participate in product marketing initiatives and other marketing activities as required. This includes working closely with the Product team to develop and oversee product launch activities,
- Oversee marketing team activities, deliverables, budget and roadmap, and
- Manage and nurture a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and opportunities for professional growth.
🩻 What You Bring:
- Demonstrated experience within or deep knowledge of the Radiology market,
- Previous leadership experience in a Head of Department level role, working in marketing or a marketing related discipline, ideally within an Enterprise Sales or Medical software environment,
- Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing your own playbook(s), rather than having taken an existing playbook driven by HQ,
- ROI is in your DNA and you are comfortable to champion for additional marketing funds to invest in initiatives that are cutting through and generating a return.
- Experience managing and developing a global marketing team, nurturing their career development and growth,
- You are a dynamic, digital native - experienced with taking local businesses global, and
- Great problem-solving skills and comfortable working autonomously in a highly agile and dynamic environment.
