About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Marketing to lead all aspects of our marketing efforts across both enterprise and consumer channels. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
You’ll partner closely with our Head of Sales and executive team to define strategy and execute initiatives that drive awareness, demand, and adoption. You’ll build the marketing function from the ground up, rolling up your sleeves to deliver results while hiring a high-performing team.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end marketing strategy, driving engagement across both partner-facing and patient-facing initiatives
Build and scale a high-performing marketing team, starting lean and growing based on results
Drive execution across content, campaigns, and channels, balancing strategy with hands-on work
Design and execute multi-touch B2B campaigns targeting health plans, health systems, and employers
Lead direct-to-consumer marketing strategy to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention
Partner with Sales to align marketing efforts with pipeline and revenue goals
Own development of content across formats: blogs, whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and more
Requirements
10+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within digital health or healthcare tech
Proven track record leading both B2B and D2C strategies in startup or growth-stage environments
Deep experience aligning with Sales teams to drive pipeline and measurable impact
Expertise across demand generation, ABM, growth marketing, and brand positioning
