In 1995, Ralph A. Hargrove founded our company in the attic of his home in Mobile, Alabama, with a vision to provide exceptional engineering services. What began as a modest startup has grown into a full-service engineering, procurement, construction management, project management, controls & automation, and technical services firm with over 2,000 Teammates across the United States. Today, Hargrove serves energy generation, manufacturing, research and development, and process-heavy industrial clients through long-term support relationships, on-site support arrangements, plant-level projects, and major capital projects.
