Your mission:
Manage and optimize day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central, including inventory, pricing, promotions, and order processing.
Monitor and maintain account health, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and resolving any performance or policy-related issues.
Oversee product creation and listing optimization, ensuring listings are accurate, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand and category requirements.
Create and manage A+ Content to enhance product detail pages and improve customer engagement and conversion.
Handle case management through Seller Central support to resolve listing, account, or fulfillment issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain a strong understanding of Amazon's e-commerce landscape, including marketplace trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Manage and optimize Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) operations, ensuring compliance with delivery performance and customer service metrics.
Oversee storage and fulfillment, including FBA and FBM logistics, inbound shipments, restocking, and inventory performance metrics.
Ensure Pan-EU Parity, managing pricing, compliance, and product listings across European marketplaces in alignment with local regulations.
Analyze and improve Buy Box performance, implementing strategies to increase win rate and sales.
