About the role
We’re seeking a talented Senior Product (UX/UI) designer to join our team and help us build the best user interface there is for poker learning. In this role, you’ll play a crucial role in simplifying and streamlining complex tools. You’ll be responsible for creating a product design vision for our future initiatives and driving its implementation. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and collaborative, working to drive forward a cohesive and visually engaging product experience across all platforms. A strong background in end-to-end product design, and expertise with design tools like Figma is essential, and a passion or knowledge of poker is a big plus. If you are passionate about creating consistent, pixel-perfect designs and crafting seamless user experiences, this role is for you.
In this role you will:
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with a design system to communicate design concepts and user flows effectively.
Conduct user research and analyze feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
Collaborate with the marketing and UX/UI design team to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity and seamless product experience.
Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of design solutions and iterate based on performance metrics.
Work closely with the Analytics team to design user journeys that optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
Partner with the development team to ensure designs are technically feasible and accurately implemented.
Support and update the design system to maintain consistency across all products.
Stay up-to-date with poker industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, ensuring our digital assets remain innovative.

What you bring to GTO Wizard:
Proven experience in all stages of design process
Experience with designing for both Mobile and Desktop applications
Advanced command of Figma
Strong sense of design principles, hierarchy, typography, layout, and conceptual skills
Experience building and maintaining large design systems and guidelines
Enjoy delivering pixel-perfect user interfaces and components, including iconography sets, with an eye towards modularity and flexibility
Customer centric approach to design, prioritizing positive customer experience
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Passion for staying up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies
Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey design concepts and collaborate effectively across global teams
