We’re looking for a creative editor who can turn raw footage into high-performing ads that grab attention, tell stories, and drive results for leading e-commerce brands.
Salary: PHP 65,000–80,000/month

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form videos that drive engagement and conversions
- Transform UGC into polished ad creatives
- Collaborate with teammates and clients on creative direction
- Ensure all outputs meet brand and quality standards
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in paid social video editing (DTC/e-commerce preferred)
- Strong eye for storytelling and ad flow (hook → body → CTA)
- Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Suite
- Experience with static/gif & video creatives
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.) preferred
- Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and collaborative
- Tech Requirements: Windows (64 GB RAM + 8GB GPU) or Mac (M2 chip or later)
Additional Details:
- Full-time, Remote (will follow the US Time zone)
- Hubstaff time-tracker required for payroll
