Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator (Remote | Shopify Experience Preferred)

We are hiring a Supply Chain and Operations Coordinatorto join a fast-growing company in the health, wellness, and retail sectors.

This role combines end-to-end demand and supply planning, inventory management, reporting, vendor coordination, and ordering process optimization across e-commerce and retail environments.

You will work directly with company leadership, manage supplier and store relationships, support multi-brand operations, and help lay the operational foundation as the company scales.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you will help transform manual processes into scalable, data-driven workflows.

🔧 What You’ll Do

Demand and Supply Planning

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts, supply plans, and replenishment schedules.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders (POs) across SKUs, brands, vendors, and retail locations.
• Ensure timely ordering cycles.
• Monitor lead times and identify supply chain risks, delays, or inefficiencies.

Inventory Management and Reporting

• Track and analyze inventory across Shopify, ShipHero, Stocky, and 3PL systems.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and supply reports.
• Build and refine Excel or Google Sheets reports (from templates or scratch).
• Maintain item master data and coordinate vendor onboarding.

Supplier and Retail Coordination

• Lead supplier review meetings and vendor communications.
• Coordinate retail store needs and order placements.
• Communicate anomalies, trends, or risks clearly to management and store teams.

Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement

• Streamline ordering workflows, especially through Stocky’s automated PO features.
• Support system integrations and explore automation opportunities.
• Help document processes and train teams on improved workflows.

✅ What You’ll Need

Must-Haves

• 2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain management, demand/supply planning, or inventory management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheet skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)
• Experience using inventory and supply chain management tools (Shopify, ShipHero, Stocky, 3PL platforms)
• Excellent written and spoken English; confident in supplier and store communications
• Strong organizational skills, proactive ownership, and the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working CST or EST hours

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in eCommerce, retail, or discount store operations
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or other ERP tools
• Interest or experience in process automation or AI-driven efficiency improvements

💰 Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: starts at PHP 80,000
