We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and support a US-based client. This role involves launching and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta and Google, monitoring performance metrics, and delivering data-driven insights for maximized ROI. The role requires a strong analytical and performance-driven individual.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Meta Ads experience (end-to-end campaign management & optimization).
- 1+ year of Google Ads experience (Search, PMax Shopping, YouTube).
- Strong understanding of paid media KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, etc.).
- Proven ability to monitor and adjust budgets across campaigns.
- Advanced reporting skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Prior success working with U.S.-based clients.
- Ability to work PST or overlapping CST/EST hours.
