Digital Marketing Assistant – Email Campaigns & Reporting

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team! In this role, you’ll support email campaign execution, reporting, and QA to help keep our marketing operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do

• Build, edit, and QA email campaigns using Iterable (or similar platforms).

• Make basic HTML edits within templates (fonts, images, headers, links).

• Host and organize campaign assets in AWS.

• Use Google Sheets to maintain trackers and performance recap reports.

• Pull and organize campaign performance data using Mixpanel and Looker.

• Follow provided SOPs to complete repeatable tasks like code creation and reporting.

• Collaborate with the team using Slack and Gmail.

• Escalate issues or discrepancies quickly and accurately.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience managing email campaigns (Iterable or similar ESP).

• Basic to intermediate HTML skills for editing templates.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, data entry, trackers).

• Experience with analytics/reporting tools like Mixpanel or Looker.

• Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and accountability.

• Reliability, responsiveness, and ability to learn quickly.

• Comfortable working in PST hours.

• Familiarity with Airtable or CMS platforms (nice to have).
