People Technology Implementation Analyst
Summary:
As a People Technology Implementation Analyst, you’ll support clients in rolling out and maximizing HR, Learning, and Talent platforms. This role blends technical expertise with client engagement, helping organizations transform how they manage their people technology.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Gather and document client requirements and business processes
Support solution design, testing, and deployment of HR/Learning systems
Identify functionality gaps and propose effective strategies
Conduct workshops to support adoption and training
Work closely with project managers and technical teams (on-site and offshore)
Skills/Requirements:
Degree in IT, Education, or related field; equivalent experience considered
Familiarity with HR/LMS systems (Workday® or SumTotal desirable)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to manage multiple client needs and deliver on timelines
