VIP Onboarding Specialist

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while collaborating with internal teams for continuous improvement;

  • Monitor player activity, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for tailored engagement;

  • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and support performance goals through KPI tracking.

We need your professional experience:
  • Hindi knowledge is a must;

  • At least Upper-Intermediate English level;

  • Proven experience in VIP Customer Relationship roles, preferably in the iGaming industry;

  • Strong understanding of the iGaming and Sports betting market, would be preferred but not required;

  • Understanding of iGaming Industry KPI metrics and terminology;

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends;

  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, communication software and other related tools would be a plus;

  • Regulatory compliance knowledge would be a plus as we work with sensitive information.
