Sweepluxe is a Social Casino project, an online platform that provides a virtual gambling experience without real-money involvement. It combines elements of social networking and casino games, allowing users to play slots, poker, blackjack, roulette, and more in a simulated gambling environment.

⚡️About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Casino Manager who is strategic, data-driven, collaborative, accountable, and open to feedback. This position will play a key role in leading the full lifecycle of casino product operations, driving innovation, and ensuring excellent customer experiences across all products. The Casino Manager will work closely with the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO, to scale the casino offering and optimize revenue.
You will be part of a dynamic and growing team at Milliorize, collaborating across departments to deliver top-tier gaming experiences in a competitive market.

👨👩👧👦You will be part of the following team: Lead Customer Success Manager, Lead Retention Manager, Product Owner, CEO, Project Sponsor (Business Owner).
⚡️Your responsibilities on the project will be:
- Lead the full lifecycle of casino product operations: game integrations, performance tracking, monetization, and player experience.
- Drive the selection, launch, and optimization of new games (slots, live, jackpot, etc.).
- Own the in-game bonus and promotions strategy—ensuring high ROI, low abuse, and high retention.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, delivering an exceptional gaming experience.
- Analyze player behavior, game KPIs, and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize the product.
- Build strong relationships with game providers, negotiate deals, and secure marketing contributions.
- Monitor compliance across multiple jurisdictions to ensure legal and operational alignment.
- Report on casino performance, growth initiatives, and key results to the executive team.
🗞Our requirements for you:
- 6–8 years of experience in casino product management, ideally with hands-on experience in game integrations, RNG and live game mechanics.
- Strong experience with bonus configuration, segmentation, and anti-fraud systems.
- Knowledge of providers’ APIs, RTP/volatility analysis, and game KPIs.
- Proven track record using CRM tools (e.g., FastTrack, Optimove) and analytical tools like Excel, GA4, Amplitude.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach teams and communicate effectively across departments (Product, Marketing, Support, Legal).
- Ability to make fast decisions under pressure, with a focus on high accountability and a collaborative, feedback-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with compliance and operational frameworks in the casino industry.
💥It would be a plus if you have:
- Experience negotiating deals and securing marketing contributions with game providers.
- Familiarity with compliance across multiple jurisdictions in the iGaming industry.
- Experience working in remote teams across time zones and async setups.
