PHP Team Lead

• Collaborate closely with QA engineers, product managers, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams;

• Take an active role in hiring, onboarding, and growing new team members;

• Foster a culture of ownership, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

We need your professional experience:

• At least 5+ years of experience as a PHP developer;

• 2+ years in a team leadership role (Team/Tech Lead);

• Deep knowledge of OOP and software design principles;

• Hands-on experience with modern MVC frameworks (Yii2, Symfony, Laravel);

• Solid understanding of REST and client-server architecture;

• Strong experience with MySQL (PostgreSQL will be a plus);

• Confident using Redis, Memcached, Git, Composer, and Nginx;

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (ideally GitLab CI);

• Working knowledge of Docker and AWS infrastructure;

• Experience with RabbitMQ (Kafka will be a plus);

• Exposure to modular monolith and microservice architectures;

• Familiarity with Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, and Grafana;

• Understanding of secure software development, including webhooks (signing, idempotency), OAuth2, JWT, abuse protection, and PCI DSS principles;

• At least an Intermediate English level.
