We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Retention Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively engage with existing Brazilian clients to increase loyalty, drive repeat business, and reduce churn. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to ensure long-term satisfaction and value.
Our ideal candidate is fluent in both Brazilian Portuguese and English and has experience in the Forex/Fintech or iGaming industries. The role involves client calls (90% of the time), as well as handling emails, client meetings, working with CRM systems, and collaborating with the retention team to optimize engagement strategies.
This is a full-time remote position (5/2) in the Brazil time zone (UTC−3).

Tasks
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support and value-added communication.
- Identify clients at risk of churn and take proactive measures to retain them.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to re-engage inactive or low-activity clients.
- Understand client needs and provide customized product or service recommendations.
- Handle client concerns or objections effectively, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., support, compliance, conversion) to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Meet or exceed retention KPIs and targets, including reactivation rates, client activity, and revenue contribution.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to management regarding client trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales, account management, or client retention (preferably in a high-paced environment).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-driven with a strong understanding of customer value and business impact.
- Ability to handle objections and remain calm under pressure.
- Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English – both written and spoken.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and data-driven performance metrics.
- Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
Nice to have
- Experience in Forex/Fintech or iGaming.
- Fluent in Spanish.
