We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are looking for a results-driven Conversion Sales Agent to engage with Spanish-speaking customers who have made their first deposit and convert them into active traders. This is a new role where you will play a key part in fostering strong relationships and driving customer engagement.
Our ideal candidate is fluent in both Spanish and English and has experience in the Forex/Fintech or iGaming industries. The role involves client calls (90% of the time), as well as handling emails, client meetings, working with CRM systems, and collaborating with the retention team to optimize engagement strategies.
This is a full-time remote position (5/2) in the Spain time zone (UTC+1/UTC+2).

Tasks
- Initiate contact with new leads via phone.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients to convert them into active traders.
- Understand client needs and guide them through their account.
- Meet and exceed individual and team-based sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools.
- Deliver exceptional financial and product knowledge.
- Work closely with retention teams to align conversion strategies.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales/BDM.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (B2).
- Knowledge of trading platforms or financial markets.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, KPI-driven environment.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to hitting daily productivity (minimum 30 qualifying calls/day).
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Availability to work full-time.
Nice to have
- Experience in Forex or iGaming.
- Fluent in Portuguese.
