JOB DESCRIPTION
- Talent Identification: Utilize various platforms and innovative sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates.
- Engagement: Initiate contact with candidates through proactive personalized outreach to build strong talent pipelines.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand business needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and talent markets to inform sourcing strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through the hiring process.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized candidate information
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role. Experience working for a recruitment agency is preferred, but not required.
- Experience sourcing candidates across a wide variety of corporate positions, with a preference for experience recruiting IT professionals.
- Strong research skills, familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques, and proficiency in using ATS systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive approach.
- Comfortable with technology and able to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
