Job Summary/Description:
Gray Digital Media (GDM) is looking for a Digital Designer with a strong technical aptitude to oversee production orders from start to finish. Our team collaborates with over 100 television stations across the United States, as well as various internal departments. The ideal candidate must be able to consistently produce high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment. This position is remote.
As a member of the design team, your responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Creating high-quality presentations, emails, and dynamic creatives to effectively communicate the intended message and brand identity.
- Developing both static and animated (HTML5) display ads to capture the audience's attention and drive engagement.
- Managing multiple orders concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborating with local sales teams to understand and execute their clients' vision and branding throughout the design process.
- Executing all tasks assigned by the team manager to the highest standard of design and quality, consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.
- Actively contributing to design discussions, offering valuable feedback and demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in design practices.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Strong knowledge of Google Web Designer
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS3/Javascript is a plus, but not required
