The Role
Your mission
GotPhoto is looking for an enthusiastic Lead Product Manager, E-commerce to join our Product Team in Berlin to ensure the commercial success of our B2B2C e-commerce platform and strategic product leadership across key markets in North America, DACH, and the UK.
As we grow and expand, we recognize the need for a dedicated Product Manager to lead our e-commerce operation and help us grow our GMV. This role will act as senior operator, that helps driving big decisions, coordinate cross-functional teams, leading key product initiatives and two Product Managers in a dynamic growth-stage environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to level up their commercial and leadership skills while experimenting in a customer-centric environment.
Responsibilities
Lead our e-commerce solution success, with the design and tech teams, driving GMV, AOV, and CVR growth through product-led initiatives and data-driven decision making
Empower, mentor and guide two Product Managers, fostering a high-performance culture, catalyst to further professionalization of our product development practices, and ensuring execution with a "can-do" mindset.
Lead strategic analysis and product discovery (integrating quantitative & qualitative data) for critical decisions, including roadmap prioritization, platform consolidation and innovation initiatives
Define and execute the sales enablement roadmap, developing SaaS tools that empower photographers with optimal pricing, packaging, and automated marketing campaigns
Drive continuous shop conversion optimization(CRO) and best-in-class UX through data-driven testing tailored to our vertical market context
Evangelize AI-first customer experience and internal product development
We are looking for:
5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record leading major product initiatives and managing/mentoring other product managers
3+ years E-commerce experience, ideally with B2B2C angle; deep knowledge of e-commerce playbook and best practices; SaaS experience a plus
Strong commercial skills and business acumen with proven ability to drive revenue growth in SaaS
Mastery of data-driven product discovery and delivery techniques with a focus on outcome-driven results and customer problem-solving
Experience with AI implementation and curiosity in applying AI concepts to evolve products from manual to intelligent, engine-driven solutions
