As a Managed Services Engineer, responsibilities include ensuring customer network environments are compatible with UCC products, onboarding customer accounts, and serving as the lead technical contact for troubleshooting and integrating products into client environments.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of network support experience (routing/switching) with an understanding of unified communications
- Ability to perform AD, LDAP, and SSO integrations and integrate external solutions compatible with our products
- Experience with automation, Python, REST APIs, and Postman (a plus)
- Strong communication and time-management skills; able to build customer relationships and work effectively in a team
