We’re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to support clients through virtual counseling services in Iowa. The day-to-day work includes evaluating client needs, leading therapy sessions, documenting care, and helping individuals build healthier coping strategies.

Requirements

  • Active LMHC license in Iowa
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
  • At least 1 year of clinical counseling experience
  • Strong experience with telehealth or willingness to work fully remote
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapy approaches
  • Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual platforms
