This role involves helping clients understand their challenges, develop healthier coping strategies, and make progress through regular, goal-based counseling sessions.
Requirements
- Active LCPC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience
- Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, or mixed populations
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
