Health insurance

Life insurance
Eligible employees will receive basic life insurance (Unum) at 2x their annual salary, at a minimum of $50,000. Supplemental employee, spouse and child life insurance is also offered.
Parental leave
Gopuff offers a generous parental leave policy. The company pays 100% of the employee's wages for 12 weeks for intended parents and non-birth parents (e.g., adoption). Birth parents get regular wages for 18 to 20 weeks.
Company equity
Gopuff offers company stock to all that are hired and bonus RSU's through a referral program as well. All granted RSU's vest over a four-year period. Gopuff has also rolled out its GoStock Equity Programme for its employees and workers in the UK.
